摘 要:水通道蛋白(AQPs)是由13个小的完整的疏水跨膜蛋白组成的蛋白质家族,广泛分布于各种组织器官中。AQPs主要分为经典AQPs和水甘油通道蛋白(AQGPs),由于二者基础结构的差异,导致了它们在功能上有所不同。经典AQPs一般只转运水,而AQGPs不仅对水有通透性,还对甘油等小分子物质有调节作用。近期研究发现,AQPs参与多种肿瘤的生长、侵袭、血管生成、凋亡和转移。本文总结了各种经典AQPs以及AQGPs的结构、在肿瘤中的作用及相关的作用机制,以期为肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后提供新的方向。Aquaporins (AQPs) are a family of proteins composed of 13 complete hydrophobic transmembrane proteins, widely distributed in various tissues and organs. They are mainly divided into classic AQPs and aquaglyceroporins (AQGPs), which differ in functions due to differences in their infrastructure. Classical AQPs generally only transport water, but AQGPs not only have permeability to water, but also have a regulatory effect on small molecules such as glycerol. Recent studies have found that AQPs are involved in growth, invasion, angiogenesis, apoptosis and metastasis of many tumors. In this paper, the structures, functions in tumors and mechanisms of various classical AQPs and AQGPs are summarized, which will provide a new direction for tumor diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
