摘  要:缺血性脑卒中是一种死亡率和致残率高的脑血管疾病,其发生发展涉及多种病理生理机制,其中神经炎症反应发挥了重要作用。越来越多的证据表明,炎症生物标志物可预测缺血性脑卒中患者预后。其中全身炎症反应指数被认为与缺血性脑卒中患者的严重程度、神经功能缺损情况、预后及并发症的发生密切相关。本文就全身炎症反应指数与缺血性脑卒中关系的研究进展进行综述。Ischemic stroke is a cerebrovascular disease with high mortality and disability rates. Its occurrence involves a variety of pathophysiological mechanisms, in which neuroinflammatory response plays an important role. There is increasing evidence that systemic inflammatory biomarkers can predict outcomes in patients with ischemic stroke. The systemic inflammatory response index is considered to be closely related to the severity, neurological impairment, prognosis and complications of patients with ischemic stroke. This article reviews the correlation between systemic inflammatory response index and ischemic stroke.
