摘　　要：从法史学的角度而言,包山楚简中的“受期”简可理解为左尹官署向下级官吏或诉讼参与人下达的,命令其在指定日期或期限内完成一定的诉讼类行为,否则承担相应法律责任的司法文书。From the perspective of legal history,"Shou Qi"in the Chu bamboo slip manuscripts from Baoshan can be understood as a legal document issued by the Zuo Yin Official Bureau to subordinate officials or litigation participants.It commands them to complete certain litigation actions within a specific date or deadline;otherwise,they must bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
