摘　　要：目的:探讨胃血管球瘤多层螺旋CT(MSCT)的表现特点。方法:回顾性分析经病理确诊的10例胃血管球瘤患者的临床、病理及CT表现,分析总结其CT影像特点。结果:6例病灶位于胃窦部,2例位于胃体小弯侧,1例位于胃体大弯侧,1例位于胃底-小弯侧。CT平扫1例巨大恶性病灶表现为不均匀低密度,其余病灶均呈均匀等或略低密度。当病灶长径≤2 cm时,增强扫描动脉期病灶呈完全显著强化,静脉期强化程度减低;病灶长径>2 cm时,增强扫描病灶表现为渐进性强化;另外,当病灶长径>2 cm且伴有明显坏死、形态欠规则时,提示恶性胃血管球瘤可能。结论:胃血管球瘤的CT表现具有一定特征性,充分认识其特征性表现,有助于提升术前诊断准确率。Objective:To explore the features of multi-slice spiral CT in gastric glomus tumor.Methods:The clinical,pathological and CT findings of 10 patients with gastric glomus tumor confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively,The characteristics were analyzed and summarized.Results:The lesions were located at the antrum in 6 cases,at the lesser curvature side of the gastric body in 2 cases,at the greater curvature side of the gastric body in 1 case,and at the fundus lesser curvature side in 1 case.On plain CT scan,1 case of huge malignant lesions showed uneven low density on plain CT scan,and the other lesions showed iso or slightly low density.When the length and diameter of the lesion were≤2 cm,the lesion showed complete and significant enhancement in arterial phase and decreased in venous phase.When the length and diameter of the lesions were greater than 2 cm,the lesions showed progressive enhancement on enhanced scanning.In addition,when the lesion is longer than 2 cm and accompanied by obvious necrosis and irregular in shape,it indicates that malignant gastric hemangioma may occur.Conclusion:The CT manifestations of gastric glomus tumor has certain characteristics.Fully understanding its characteristics is helpful to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis.
