卵巢良性及交界性Brenner瘤的超声表现研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢良性及交界性勃勒纳瘤(Brenner瘤)的超声诊断特征。资料与方法:回顾性分析2013年10月—2022年8月在我院超声检查并经手术病理证实为Brenner瘤20例,并对照病理类型来分析超声图像,观察边界、大小、形态、钙化灶、声影、血流情况以及病侧卵巢显示情况。结果:20例卵巢Brenner瘤,良性18例,交界性2例。卵巢良性Brenner瘤超声图像17例表现为实性低回声包块,伴或不伴钙化,形态规则,边界清,后方伴扇形声影,CDFI未见血流信号或少量血流信号;1例为卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤壁上的结节;卵巢交界性Brenner瘤超声图像表现为囊实性包块,边界清,形态欠规则,囊性部分呈多房结构,实性部分可见多发钙化灶,CDFI未见血流信号。这两种病理类型的Brenner瘤,病侧的卵巢均未显示。结论:卵巢Brenner瘤有其特征性的超声特点:扇形声影,多伴有钙化,同侧卵巢未显示,乏血供。Objective:To explore the ultrasonic diagnostic features of benign and borderline Brenner tumor of ovary.Methods:Twenty cases of Brenner tumor diagnosed by ultrasound in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.And compared with pathological types,the ultrasound images were analyzed.We observed the boundary,size,shape,acoustic shadow,calcification,blood flow and ipsilateral ovarian display.Results:Among 20 cases of Brenner tumor of ovary,18 cases were benign and 2 cases were borderline.Ultrasound images of benign Brenner tumor of ovary showed solid hypoechoic mass in 17 cases,with or without calcification,regular shape,clear boundary,with fan-shaped sound shadow at the back.CDFI:there is not blood flow signal or lttle blood flow signal.One case was a nodule on the wall of mucinous cystadenoma of ovary.The ultrasound image of borderline Brenner tumor of ovary showed cystic-solid mass,clear boundary,irregular shape the cystic part is multilocular,multiple calcification foci are seen in the solid portionthe.CDFI:there is not blood flow signal.The diseased ovary was not shown in Brenner tumor of these two pathological types.Conclusion:The Brenner tumor of ovary has its characteristic ultrasonic features:fan-shaped sound shadow,often accompanied by calcification,ipsilateral ovary not shown,lack of blood supply.
