摘　　要：仲景治疗杂病的思想主要体现在《金匮要略》中,其治法充分体现着本脏疗法、隔脏治法与脏病腑取、体窍治法三大层次。本文立足于张仲景杂病专书《金匮要略》中的传统辨治理论,以《金匮要略》杂病辨证论治体系为轴,结合临床实际运用,从阴阳五行、脏腑、三焦等方面,从杂病(证)角度入手,分析、归纳病证在因、机、证、治方面的复杂内涵及特色,详细阐释了本脏疗法、隔脏治法与脏病腑取、体窍治法的临床运用。The treatment of miscellaneous diseases of Zhongjing is mainly embodied in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue),and his treatment methods fully embody three levels:the treatment of internal organs,the treatment of viscera separation and taking viscera from viscera,and the treatment of body orifices.Based on the traditional treatment theory in Zhang Zhongjing's treatise on miscellaneous diseases,this paper took the system of identification and treatment of miscellaneous diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue) as the axis and combined it with clinical practice to analyze and summarize the complex connotations and characteristics of causes,mechanisms,evidence and treatment from the perspective of miscellaneous diseases(evidence) from the aspects of yin and yang,five elements,internal organs,and triple energizer.The paper also explained in detail the clinical application of the treatment of internal organs,the treatment of viscera separation and taking viscera from viscera,and the treatment of body orifices.
