基于痰毒理论浅析清肺合剂调节肿瘤微环境治疗肺癌的作用

摘　　要：清肺合剂是浙江省肿瘤医院的院内制剂,具有清热解毒化痰的功效,在临床治疗中针对晚期肺癌患者取得了确切的疗效,但对于清肺合剂的具体中医机制探讨还有待深入。目前传统的中医理论无法完全解释肺癌的发生、发展及清肺合剂的作用机制。我们提出“痰毒互结”是中晚期肺癌的核心病机,解毒化痰法是此期重要的治法。从痰、毒为切入点,通过调节肿瘤微环境治疗肺癌,为解释清肺合剂发挥的作用提供了新视角。Qingfei Mixture is an in-hospital preparation of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,with the the effects of clearing heat,detoxifying,and resolving phlegm.It has achieved a definite effect in the clinical treatment of patients with middle and advanced lung cancer,while the specific treatment mechanism of Qingfei Mixture remains to be explored.At present,the traditional Chinese medicine theory cannot fully explain the occurrence and development of lung cancer and the treatment mechanism of Qingfei Mixture.We propose that the combination of phlegm and toxin is the core pathogenesis of middle and advanced lung cancer,and thus detoxifying and resolving phlegm are the primary treatment methods.This paper explains the role of Qingfei Mixture in regulating tumor microenvironment to treat lung cancer from the perspective of phlegm and toxin.
