摘　　要：寻常型鱼鳞病是皮肤鱼鳞状干燥伴脱屑、痒痛,夏轻冬重的一种遗传性皮肤角化障碍疾病。21世纪初,关于遗传性鱼鳞病的发病机制探究已深入至基因层面,研究取得了较大突破,但至今关于本病仍存在许多亟需解决的问题。基于此,本文运用文献分析法,结合大量古医籍,通过知网、万方、读秀等数据文献库进行检索,对近十年寻常型鱼鳞病的研究进展进行梳理与总结。现代医学对于寻常型鱼鳞病多为对症治疗,常用口服新体卡松或外用含尿素、乳酸等成分的复方软膏,停药后存在高复发率的问题,缺乏安全有效的根治疗法。中医认为,本病辨证不离风、火、毒、虚、瘀,多以扶正祛邪为主,治以祛风、养血、化瘀、滋阴、解毒,结合中药、针灸、外敷多法,随症治之。中医治疗寻常型鱼鳞病疗效确切,相较于西医更能应对临床的复杂性。目前有关中医治疗寻常型鱼鳞病的研究多为临床试验,缺少相关总结性论述,故本文通过总结中医治疗寻常型鱼鳞病的相关文献,旨在为优化临床寻常型鱼鳞病的治疗策略提供借鉴和参考。Ichthyosis vulgaris,a hereditary skin keratosis disorder with dry skin accompanied with scaling and itching,is mild in summer and severe in winter.The pathogenesis of hereditary ichthyosis has been explored at the genetic level since the early 21st century,and great breakthroughs have been achieved.However,there are still many problems to be solved regarding ichthyosis vulgaris.We reviewed a large number of ancient Chinese medical books and retrieved the relevant articles from the CNKI,Wanfang Data,Duxiu and other data literature database to summarize the research progress in ichthyosis vulgaris in the last decade.At present,symptomatic treatment is mainly used for ichthyosis vulgaris,and oral neotigason or compound ointment containing urea,lactic acid and other ingredients are commonly used for external application.There is a high recurrence rate after drug withdrawal,and safe and effective radical therapies remain to be developed.The syndrome of this disease is associated with wind,fire,toxin,deficiency,and blood stasis,and the treatment mainly follows the principle of reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.The treatment methods include expelling wind,tonifying blood,resolving stasis,nourishing yin and detoxifying.Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and external application are often combined for the treatment according to the syndromes.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating ichthyosis vulgaris and outperforms Western medicine in coping with complex conditions in clinical practice.Most of the available studies about treating ichthyosis vulgaris with traditional Chinese medicine are clinical trials,and summary remains to be carried out.Therefore,this paper summarizes the related literature on treating ichthyosis vulgaris with traditional Chinese medicine,aiming to provide a reference for optimizing the treatment strategy for ichthyosis vulgaris.
