摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略下,乡村人才振兴是关键。各乡村地区应加强高质量乡村学校的建设,致力于缩小城乡教育差距,让乡村学校利用各种教育资源搞好教育工作,输出一批批高质量人才,为乡村振兴作贡献,努力传承乡村地域的优秀传统文化,提高乡村地区的科技发展水平,推进乡村经济的可持续发展。文章首先概述乡村振兴背景下乡村学校教育发展中存在的一些问题,然后分析乡村学校高质量发展对实现乡村振兴战略目标的积极意义,最后探讨乡村学校高质量发展的有效路径。Under the strategy of rural revitalization,the revitalization of rural talents is crucial.Rural areas should strengthen the construction of high-quality rural schools,strive to shorten the education gap between urban and rural areas,enable rural schools to use various educational resources to do a good job in education,output a batch of high-quality talents,contribute to rural revitalization,strive to inherit the excellent traditional culture of rural areas,improve the level of scientific and technological development in rural areas,and promote sustainable development of rural economy.The article first outlines some problems in the development of rural school education under the background of rural revitalization,then analyzes the positive significance of high-quality development of rural schools in achieving the strategic goals of rural revitalization,and finally explores effective paths for high-quality development of rural schools.
