摘　　要：课程思政和大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程在内容、功能上具有一致性,在方法上具有高度互补性,其融入具有现实必要性。从课程思政视域出发,大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程体系建设应注重课程内容、教学过程以及考核评价等方面的嵌入与融合,即将思想政治教育贯穿就业指导课程教学全过程,突出就业指导课程的“立德树人”价值导向,并运用科学的评价考核方式引导学生树立正确的择业观、职业观和价值观,积极提升就业指导课程教学质量。The courses on ideological and political education and career planning and employment guidance for college students are consistent in content and function,highly complementary in methods,and their integration is necessary in reality.From the perspective of ideological and political education in the curriculum,the construction of the career planning and employment guidance curriculum system for college students should pay attention to the embedding and integration of curriculum content,teaching process,and assessment evaluation.That is,ideological and political education should be integrated throughout the entire process of employment guidance curriculum teaching,highlighting the value orientation of"foster character and civic virtue"in the employment guidance curriculum,and using scientific evaluation and assessment methods to guide students to establish correct career selection,career,and values,actively improve the teaching quality of employment guidance courses.
