摘　　要：国家竞技文化的自觉与重构是揭示国内竞技重科技、轻人文的问题,创建以“夺标育人,和谐世界,为国争光”为发展思想;以政府、市场、社会、教育、集体和个人多元治理为发展方式;以科技、人文、政治相融合为教育内容;以培养“技术精良、人文厚实、立场坚定”的运动人才为目标的生态竞技文化体系。这对于建设体育强国,推进“构建人类命运共同体”的国家战略具有重要价值。Consciousness and reconstruction for national competitive culture is to reveal the domestic competitive science and technology,light humanities,and to create"seize the education,the harmonious world,win honor for the country"for the development thought,to view the government,market,society,education,collective and individual multiple governance as the development mode,to view the integration among science and technology,humanities,political as education content,to cultivate"sophisticated technology,humanities thick,stand firm"sports talent as the goal of ecological competitive culture system,which is of great value for building a sports power and promoting the national strategy of"building a community with a shared future for mankind".
