摘 要:近年来,全球动漫产业得到了快速发展,传统的高校教育模式已不能满足动漫产业对人才的多元需求。高校动漫产业教学的革新依赖于动漫人才的引领。文章从高校动漫专业教学体系构建的框架出发,分析了高校产教融合的现状,论证了产教融合视域中高校动漫产业教学体系构建中存在的问题,提出通过将教育与产业需求相结合,建立健全和市场相适应的人才培养机制,加大定向投入、建构精干队伍、搭建实践平台、创建项目驱动等对策。In recent years,the global animation industry has developed rapidly,and the traditional university education model can no longer meet the diversified demand for talents in the animation industry.The reform of teaching in the animation industry in universities relies on the guidance of animation talents.The article starts from the construction framework of the teaching system for the animation industry in universities,analyzes the current situation of the integration of industry and education in universities,demonstrates the problems in the construction of the teaching system for the animation industry in universities from the perspective of industry and education integration,and proposes to establish a sound talent cultivation mechanism that is suitable for the market:By combining education with the needs of the industry,we propose strategies such as increasing targeted investment,building capable teams,building practical platforms,and creating project drivers.
