摘　　要：我国警察美学属于马克思主义实践美学的范畴,它是以警察主体、警察制度、警察实践为审美对象的一种美感产生和体验,主要包含精神美、组织美、制度美和技术美等多个层面。从精神美学的视角考察,“人性化执法”升华了警察执法的美学境界;从组织美学的视角考察,“以人为本”促进了个体发展需求与组织目标的融洽;从制度美学的视角考察,“情指行”一体化映射我国警察制度美学的柔性调适;从技术美学的视角考察,智慧警务揭开了警察技术美学的智慧曙光。Chinese police aesthetics belongs to the category of Marxist practical aesthetics,which is a kind of aesthetic perception and experience that takes the police subject,police system,and police practice as the aesthetic objects.It mainly includes multiple levels of spiritual beauty,organizational beauty,institutional beauty,and technological beauty.From the perspective of spiritual aesthetics,“humanized law enforcement”has elevated the aesthetic realm of police law enforcement;from the perspective of organizational aesthetics,“people-oriented”promotes the harmony between individual development needs and organizational goals;from the perspective of institutional aesthetics,the integration of emotion,indication,and action reflects the flexible adjustment of the aesthetics of China's police system;from the perspective of technical aesthetics,intelligent policing has opened up the dawn of police technical aesthetics.
