摘 要:本研究基于OBE理念教育模式对实战化背景下警务硕士心理训练课程的教学改革进行了探索。以学生为中心,以培养实战能力为导向,围绕“临战心理能力生成”,从课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、考评反馈等多个方面进行研究和改革。通过构建教学共同体、优化教学组织、改良教学手段方法、构建多维度多元化评价体系等策略,有效提高警务硕士心理训练课程的教学质量,协助学生达到课程预期成果,培养警务硕士未来职业发展所需的临战心理能力与职业心理素质,也为警务硕士课程改革和人才培养提供借鉴和参考。Based on the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept,this study explores the teaching reform of psychological training courses for master of policing under the background of actual combat.Focusing on students,guiding the cultivation of actual combat ability and surrounding the“generation of wartime psychological ability”,the research and reform are carried out from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching organization,evaluation and feedback,etc.By constructing teaching community,optimizing teaching organization,improving teaching methods,constructing multi-dimensional and multi-dimensional evaluation system and other strategies,it can help students to achieve expected results,generate war mental ability and develop professional mental quality which required by the future career for master of policing.And it can effectively improve the teaching quality of the psychological training course of master of policing,and also provide reference for the reform master course and personnel training of the police.
