摘　　要：目的:评价腕踝针联合热敏灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选入我院2022年6月到2023年2月收治的中风后肢体功能障碍患者60例,根据康复方案不同分为常规组和联合组,各30例,常规组予以常规药物治疗及康复训练,联合组在常规组基础上采用腕踝针联合热敏灸治疗。评价两组的临床疗效、生活质量等,并进行统计比较。结果:联合组治疗总有效率96.67%,高于常规组的70.00%(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,两组治疗后PAR、Hcy、D-D水平降低(P<0.05),而联合组降低幅度较常规组大(P<0.05);两组治疗前SIAS、SS-QOL得分无差异(P>0.05),而治疗后,联合组SIAS、SS-QOL得分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针联合热敏灸可有效提高中风后肢体功能障碍的康复效果,调节PAR、Hcy、D-D水平,改善整体功能及患者生存质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on limb dysfunction after stroke and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods:Sixty patients with post stroke limb dysfunction admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were divided into conventional group and combined group,each with 30 patients,according to different rehabilitation plans.The conventional group was treated with conventional medication and rehabilitation training,while the combined group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated and statistically compared.Results:The total effective rate in the combined group was 96.67%,higher than 70.00%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of PAR,Hcy and D-D in the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the decrease in the combined group was greater than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the scores of SIAS and SS-QOL between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores of SIAS and SS-QOL in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of limb dysfunction after stroke,regulate the levels of PAR,Hcy and D-D,and improve overall function and patient quality of life.
