摘 要:【目的】探究云南省新育成水稻品系控制重要农艺性状的基因,为下一步精准利用这些基因做好准备。【方法】选用云南省农业科学院育成的124份水稻新品系为试验材料,利用全基因组关联分析技术对水稻剑叶长、剑叶宽、株高、有效穗数、穗长、每穗粒数、结实率、千粒重8个重要农艺性状进行相关位点的挖掘。【结果】通过表型性状分析,从124份水稻新品系中共鉴定出33份大穗材料,8份大粒材料;通过聚类分析,参试群体被分成群体Ⅰ、群体Ⅱ、群体Ⅲ;通过全基因组关联分析,8个重要农艺性状共检测到204个相关位点(P≤0.001),阈值超过1.0×10^(-5)的位点有39个,其中与剑叶长显著关联的SNP位点5个,与剑叶宽显著关联的SNP位点1个,与株高显著关联的SNP位点4个,与有效穗数显著关联的SNP位点3个,与穗长显著关联的SNP位点4个,与每穗粒数显著关联的SNP位点6个,与结实率显著关联的SNP位点2个,与千粒重显著关联的SNP位点14个,其中qFLW1、qPH6.1、qTGW3.1、qTGW3.2、qTGW3.3、qTGW3.4、qTGW77个位点与前人研究一致,其余位点为新位点;8份大粒材料位点分析结果显示,有7份材料在8号染色体的3个位点上集中出现,有5份材料在11号染色体的1个位点上集中出现,其余位点上均未筛选到相关材料。【结论】发掘水稻控制重要农艺性状的基因,为下一步分子标记辅助选择育种提供有用信息。【Objective】The study aimed to explore the genes that controlled important agronomic traits in newly bred rice lines in Yunnan province,and prepare for further study of precise utilization of these genes.【Method】124 new rice lines bred by Yunnan Academy of Agri⁃cultural Sciences were selected as experimental materials,and genome⁃wide association study technology was used to mine the correlation loci of eight important agronomic traits of rice,namely,flag leaf length,flag leaf width,plant height,effective panicles,panicle length,grains per panicle,seed setting rate,and 1000 grain weight.【Result】Through phenotypic trait analysis,a total of 33 large panicle materials and 8 large grain materials were identified from 124 new rice lines;Through cluster analysis,the test population was divided into three groups:Group I,Group II and Group III;Through genome⁃wide association study,a total of 204 related loci were detected for 8 important agronomic traits(P≤0.001),and the 39 loci with a threshold exceeding 1.0×10^(-5),including 5 SNP loci significantly associated with sword length,1 SNP locus significantly associated with sword leaf width,4 SNP loci significantly associated with plant height,3 SNP loci signifi⁃cantly associated with effective spike number,4 SNP loci significantly associated with spike length,6 SNP loci significantly associated with grain number per spike,2 SNP loci significantly associated with seed setting rate,and 14 SNP loci significantly associated with thousand grain weight,among which qFLW1,qPH6.1,qTGW3.1,qTGW3.2,qTGW3.3,qTGW3.4,and qTGW7 were consistent with previous studies,while the remaining loci were new;The analysis results of 8 large grain materials showed that 7 materials were concentrated at 3 loci on chromosome 8,5 materials were concentrated at 1 locus on chromosome 11,and no related materials were screened at the other loci.【Conclusion】This study revealed the genes controlling important agronomic traits in rice,and provided useful information for molecular marker
