摘　　要：网络学习资源是数字教育资源公共服务体系不可或缺的组成部分,是保证教育信息化高质量发展的核心要素之一。现阶段网络学习资源建设暴露出资源进化不足、进化质量不高和进化不及时等问题。网络学习资源进化智能预警系统是解决以上难题的关键。文章基于知识进化理论和危机管理理论,构建了面向大规模开放协同环境的网络学习资源进化预警系统框架,设计了系统的主要功能模型,开发了网络学习资源进化预警原型系统。通过SUS系统可用性问卷调查和半结构式访谈,初步检验了网络学习资源进化预警原型系统设计的可行性和合理性,期望能为未来网络学习资源进化的智能预警实现提供参考,并为教育信息化2.0时代网络学习资源的智能管理与高质量发展提供指导。Online learning resources are an important part of the public service system of digital education resources,and one of the core elements to ensure the high-quality development of educational informatization.At this stage,problems of online learning resources construction have been exposed,such as insufficient,low-quality and untimely evolution.The early warning system of online learning resources evolution is the key to solve the above problems.Based on the theory of knowledge evolution and crisis management,this paper constructs the framework of the system,designs the main function model and develops the system prototype.Through the SUS quantitative indicators and semi-structured interviews,the feasibility and rationality of the system prototype have been preliminarily tested.In the future,the system prototype is expected to provide reference for the realization of the intelligent early warning of online learning resources evolution and to provide high-quality online learning resources as well as intelligent management guidance in the education informatization2.0 era.
