摘  要:综采工作面运输巷超前段内设备密集,超前支架的自动控制难度大,是制约工作面进一步减人提效的关键环节。针对工作面运输巷的特点,设计了转载机和超前支架相连的“运-支”一体化超前支护系统,超前支架由推移迈步转变为牵引前进,避免了相互干涉;构建了超前支架高度、倾角和位移在内的位姿以及压力监测系统;开发了基于超前支架状态感知、环境监测和人员防护一体的安全等预警系统,保证自动安全运行;研究了以拉移液压缸位移为触发的协同控制系统。研究成果分别在陕煤集团柠条塔煤矿S1204工作面和黄陵一号煤矿627工作面进行了应用,为运输巷超前支架协同控制提供了实用化技术。The transportation roadway in the fully mechanized mining face is densely equipped and the automatic control of the advanced support is difficult,which is a key link that restricts personnel reducing and efficiency improving in the working face.Based on the characteristics of the transportation roadway in the working face,a“transport-support”integrated advanced support system connected with the loader and the advanced support was designed.The advanced support changed from pushing forward to pulling forward to avoid mutual interference.Then,a posture and pressure monitoring system was constructed,including the height,the inclination angle,and the displacement of the advanced support.Meanwhile,a safety warning system based on the advanced support state perception,the environmental monitoring,and the personnel protection was developed to ensure automatic and safe operation.At the same time,a collaborative control system triggered by the displacement of a pulling hydraulic cylinder was studied.The research results had been applied in the S1204 working face of Ningtiaota Coal Mine of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group and the 627 working face of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine,providing practical technology for the collaborative control of the advanced support in the transportation roadway.
