摘　　要：21世纪以来,生物技术迎来快速发展期,西方资本主义强国在享受生物时代发展红利的同时,也为世界带来诸多现代性问题与危机,生物资本主义日益成为全球学界研究的热点。处于“风暴中心”的国外左翼学者们敏锐洞悉生物资本主义的本质内涵与运行方式,分析了其作为新帝国主义在生命科学时代的最新统治样态,何以在资本逻辑与权力逻辑的扶持下,通过工具性与救赎性的方式不断剥削占有全球生物劳工的剩余价值,同时揭示了新自由主义背景下,生物帝国主义与生物殖民主义的生成过程及其对社会公平和正义造成的巨大负面影响。国外左翼学者对于生物资本主义的批判研究具有较大的现实意义,但也存在诸多局限和不足,应在理论与实践的双重逻辑中加以深化和拓展。Since the 2lst century,biotechnology has witnessed a period of rapid development,and while the Western capitalist powers are enjoying the dividends of the development of the biological era,they have also brought many problems and crises of modernity to the world,and biocapitalism has increasingly become a hot topic of research in the global academic community.Foreign left-wing scholars in the center of the storm have keenly understood the essential connotation and operation of biocapitalism,and analyzed how it,as the newest form of neo-imperialist domination in the era of life sciences,has continuously exploited and appropriated the surplus value of global biological laborers through instrumental and redemptive means under the support of capital logic and power logic.At the same time,it reveals the generation process of bio-imperialism and bio-colonialism in the context of neoliberalism and its great negative impact on social justice and equity.The critical studies of foreign left-wing scholars on biocapitalism have greater practical significance,but there are also many limitations and shortcomings,which should be deepened and expanded in the dual logic of theory and practice.
