摘　　要：为实现医学教育高质量发展,培养医教研结合的高素质、复合型师资,将正常人体解剖学、中医基础理论、医学心理学3门课程结合,建成形气神课程虚拟教研室。探讨形气神课程虚拟教研室建设的目标定位、自主管理模式、师资构建及日常运行机制。形气神课程虚拟教研室的建设对医学院校师生的高效教学与深度学习具有重要的促进价值,可为高校基层教学组织的建立及改革模式提供实践参考。In order to achieve high-quality development of medical education and cultivate high-quality and in-terdisciplinary teachers,the research is to explore the establishment of virtual teaching and research room for“phy-sique-qi-spirit”course by combining the courses of normal human anatomy,basic theory of Chinese medicine,and medical psychology.The paper discusses the goal positioning,autonomous management mode,teacher construction,and daily operation mechanism of this virtual teaching and research room construction of“physique-qi-spirit”course,which is important in promoting efficient teaching and learning of medical college teachers and students,and can provide practical reference for the establishment and reform of teaching organizations in universities.
