摘  要:师生之间实现深度沟通,能够引导学生正确认识自我、接纳自我,增强学生自信心,在学生健康心理的培养中发挥着关键作用。面对我国高中阶段教育基本普及的新形势,高中学生心理问题凸显出日趋严重的新局面,通过建立师生间相互信任的关怀关系,从而实现深度沟通,在以“德育为首”的学校教育中尤为重要。试以内尔·诺丁斯的关怀理论为理论基础,分析其德育特点,结合育人实例,探究关怀理论在实现师生深度沟通中的应用策略。In-depth communication between teachers and students can guide students to correctly understand and accept themselves and enhance their self-confidence,thus playing a key role in the cultivation of students’mental health.As high school education is generally popularized and mental problems of high school students are increasingly serious,it is particularly important to achieve in-depth communication by establishing a caring relationship based on mutual trust between teachers and students in the school education in which moral education takes priority.Referring to Nel Noddings’caring theory,this paper tries to analyze the characteristics of moral education,and explore the strategies of applying caring theory to in-depth communication between teachers and students with some educational examples.
