摘  要:从黄炎培职业教育中的人文精神出发,从黄炎培的职业教育理念和人文观入手,探讨其对当代职业教育的启示,提出农业院校教师人文素养在人才培养中的现实意义,并通过调查分析国内农业类高职院校专业教师的人文素养状况,探讨新形势下高职院校教师人文素养的培养途径,以高职教师和学生人文素养提升为重点,结合人文素养的内涵和高职院校科学研究、人才培养、社会服务三大职能构建多元评价体系,为提升高职院校专业教师人文素养培养和评价提供参考。This paper starts with Huang Yanpei’s idea of vocational education and humanistic outlook,discusses its enlightenment on contemporary vocational education,puts forward the practical significance of the humanistic quality of teachers in agricultural colleges in personnel training,and discusses the ways to cultivate the humanistic quality of teachers in vocational colleges under the new situation by investigating and analyzing the humanistic quality of professional teachers in domestic agricultural vocational colleges.It has constructed a diversified evaluation system focusing on the improvement of the humanistic quality of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges,according to the connotation of humanistic quality and the three functions of scientific research,talent training and social service in higher vocational colleges,to provide reference for the improvement of the cultivation and evaluation of the humanistic quality of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.
