摘　　要：以新时代下产业变革对人才知识结构、能力素质的需求为出发点,开展通识教育体系及非技术能力培养研究,探索大类培养与个性成长相辅相成的培养模式,创新新工科专业建设模式,优化全方位、全过程、深融合协同育人新机制,拓展跨学科专业教育平台,全面提升高等教育人才培养能力。以新版培养方案制订及实施做实证研究,构建新时代全面发展创新人才培养体系,以及校内外协同多学科交叉融合组织模式。基于项目研究成果将形成系统性管理制度及政策,指导各专业进行教育教学改革,构建高素质教育人才培养新体系。项目素质教育的通识教育、非技术能力培养方面的共性问题探讨,为其他高校相关专业及人才培养模式改革提供可借鉴理论和实践经验。Taking the demand for talents knowledge structure,ability quality under the industry changes in the new era as a starting point,the study of general education system and the technical ability training is carried out,the categories of culture and personality growth complementary pattern is explored,new construction mode for the engineering specialty is innovated,all-round cooperative education mechanism is optimized,and interdisciplinary professional education platform is developed,to comprehensively improve the ability of higher education personnel training.The project conducts empirical research on the formulation and implementation of the new version of the training program of the university,and constructs a comprehensive innovative talent training system in the new era,and the organizational model of multidisciplinary collaboration inside and outside the university.Based on the research results,the systematic management system and policy will be formed,which will guide the education and teaching reform of each major and build a new system of quality education personnel training.Exploration of the common problems in general education and non-technical ability training of the project quality education,can provide theoretical and practical experience for the reform of relevant majors and personnel training mode in other universities.
