摘 要:在工程教育专业认证的背景下,根据“高分子材料成型加工工艺与设备”的课程特点,基于湖南工业大学办学定位与专业课程体系,确定了该课程应承担的培养任务,制定了相应的课程教学目标。通过“课程群”建设的逐步完善、线下教学手段的多样化、虚拟仿真实验的引入和基于过程与能力的评价体系,实现了“以学生为中心、以学习成果为导向”的教学模式初步构建。特别是虚拟仿真技术,将线上线下有机结合,“虚实组合”引入课堂,将知识与能力的培养融为一体,在激发学生自主探索意愿和学习兴趣方面有着重要的意义。力求通过教学模式的改革,提高学生在高分子加工方面的工程知识储备、解决复杂工程问题的能力,培养获得行业认可的应用型工程技术人才。Under the situation of engineering education professional certification,the training tasks and the curriculum teaching goal are determined according to individual characteristics of the course of“technology and equipment of polymer processing”,which are based on the orientation of Hunan University of Technology and the curriculum system of this major.The teaching model of student-centered and learning-outcome-oriented has been initially constructed according to the gradual improvement of the construction of“course group”,diversification of offline teaching methods,the introduction of virtual simulation experiment and the evaluation system based on process and capability.In particular,virtual simulation technology organically combined online and offline teaching,realized combination of virtuality and reality,and integrated the development of knowledge and ability.It is of great significance in stimulating students’independent exploration willingness and learning interest.The purpose of the reform of teaching mode is to improve students’engineering knowledge base in polymer processing,and ability to solve complex engineering problems.And then,application-oriented engineering and technical talents recognized by the industry can be cultivated.
