摘 要:目的明确当归有机酸成分与生态因子的相关性。方法通过走访和实地调查,从甘肃省当归栽培县区采集样品共计1540批次,使用GPS获取采样点的经度、纬度、海拔等生境地理信息,UPLC测定当归中阿魏酸、绿原酸含量,使用OPLS方法分析当归有机酸与生态因子的相关性。结果绿原酸含量在不同批次当归样品中存在较大波动,对当归质量有较大影响。当归中阿魏酸、绿原酸含量主要受气候因素影响,降水量是第一要素,温度是第二要素。昼夜温差越大、4月份降水量越小、10月份温度越高越有利于绿原酸的积累。降水量变异系数越小、8月份降水量越大、7月份温度越高越有利于阿魏酸的积累。结论明确了当归有机酸成分与生态因子之间的相关性,为当归的规范化生产提供理论支持。Objective To clarify the correlation between organic acid and ecological factors of different habitats of Angelica sinen⁃sis.Methods Through visits and field investigations,a total of 1540 batches of A.sinensis were collected from Gansu Province,the longitude,latitude,altitude and other habitat geographic information were obtained by GPS,the ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid were determined by UPLC.OPLS method was used to analyze the correlation between organic acid and ecological factors of A.sinensis.Results The content of chlorogenic acid fluctuated greatly in different batches of A.sinensis,which had a great influ⁃ence on the quality of A.sinensis.The ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid are mainly affected by climate factors,precipitation is the first factor,temperature is the second factor.The greater the diurnal temperature difference,the smaller the precipitation in April and the higher the temperature in October,the more favorable the accumulation of chlorogenic acid.The smaller the coefficient of variation of precipitation,the larger the precipitation in August and the higher the temperature in July,the more beneficial the ac⁃cumulation of ferulic acid.Conclusion The correlation between organic acid and ecological factors was clarified,It provides theo⁃retical support for the standardized production of A.sinensis.
