摘 要:[目的]研究不同体表颜色的菲牛蛭水分、粗蛋白质、氨基酸及抗凝活性的差异,为菲牛蛭药用价值提供数据参考,并为菲牛蛭的进一步开发利用提供基础研究数据。[方法]试验随机挑选活体体重为4.0 g左右的黄褐色和橄榄绿色菲牛蛭各30条,分别测定水分、粗蛋白质、氨基酸、抗凝活性。[结果]不同体表颜色菲牛蛭水分和粗蛋白质差异不显著(P>0.05),12种氨基酸差异显著(P<0.05),其余5种氨基酸差异不显著(P>0.05),抗凝活性差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]2种体表颜色菲牛蛭的水解氨基酸、抗凝活性存在差异。黄褐色菲牛蛭药用氨基酸含量、呈味氨基酸含量和抗凝活性比橄榄绿色菲牛蛭高(P<0.05)。[Objective]In order to study the differences of moisture,crude protein,amino acids and anticoagulant activity of Hirudinaria manillensis with different body surface colors,provide data reference for the medicinal value of Hirudinaria manillensis,and provide basic research data for the development and utilization of Hirudinaria manillensis in the next step.[Method]In study,30 yellow brown and olive green Hirudinaria manillensis with a body weight of about 4.0g were randomly selected to determine moisture,crude protein,amino acids and anticoagulant activity respectively.[Result]The results show that moisture and protein content were no significant different content between different body surface colors(P>0.05),which had a significant effect on 12 amino acids(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on 5 amino acids(P>0.05).There was significant difference in anticoagulant activity(P<0.05).[Conclusion]It explains there are differences in amino acids and anticoagulant activity of the two body surface colors of Hirudinaria manillensis.The medicinal amino acid content,flavored amino acids and anticoagulant activity of yellow-brown Hirudinaria manillensis were higher than olive-green Hirudinaria manillensis(P<0.05).
