内生式发展理论视角下贵州乡村旅游助力乡村振兴的动力机制研究

摘　　要：随着对乡村旅游发展的重视,内生式发展理论与乡村旅游的融合研究虽然呈逐年递增的趋势,但总体仍呈现相关研究数量少、研究深度浅、研究范围小等特征。基于内生式发展理论视角,通过对贵州省乡村旅游相关的文献资料、案例、官方数据等进行研究发现,贵州省乡村旅游近年来的发展迅猛,成果颇丰,但问题也很突出。由于地方企业组织未发挥其理论作用、政府组织监督监管职责缺失等问题,贵州省乡村旅游无法从根本上实现内生式发展,进而导致贵州省乡村旅游产品同质化。通过建立健全和创新贵州省乡村旅游建设体制机制、重视对乡村旅游发展地区居民主体性的培育、创新乡村旅游产品开发路径等途径,可有效促进贵州省乡村旅游实现内生式发展,进而为巩固贵州省脱贫攻坚成果和实现乡村振兴助力。With the attention paid to the development of rural tourism,the research on the integration of endogenous development theory and rural tourism shows an increasing trend year by year,but it still presents the characteristics of a small number of relevant studies,shallow research depth and small research scope.Based on the perspective of endogenous development theory,through the study of literature,cases and official data related to rural tourism in Guizhou Province,it is found that rural tourism in Guizhou Province has developed rapidly in recent years,with fruitful results,but also prominent problem.Due to the problems such as the failure of local enterprises to play their theoretical role and the lack of supervision and supervision responsibilities of government organizations,rural tourism in Guizhou Province cannot fundamentally achieve endogenous development,which leads to the homogenization of rural tourism products in Guizhou Province.By establishing,improving and innovating the system and mechanism of rural tourism construction in Guizhou Province,attaching importance to the cultivation of residents'subjectivity in rural tourism development areas,and innovating the development paths of rural tourism products,we can effectively promote the endogenous development of rural tourism in Guizhou Province,and then help consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province and realize rural revitalization.
