摘　　要：在中国2025制造战略背景下,面对行业激烈的竞争,中小企业开始重点关注于产品的质量改进研究。本文是基于六西格玛方法,结合中小型企业在实际生产中的情况,分别对企业的定义、测量、分析、改进和控制的五个阶段,利用帕累托图、鱼骨图和方差分析等方法,找到在实际生产过程影响的关键因素,并制定针对性的改进措施。让改进后的LED封装领域溢胶不良率降低、工序能力提高,很好地解决了存在的质量问题。In the context of China's 2025 manufacturing strategy,facing fierce competition in the industry,small and medium-sized enterprises have begun to focus on research on product quality improvement.This article is based on the Six Sigma method,combined with the actual production situation of small and medium-sized enterprises.It defines,measures,analyzes,improves,and controls the five stages of the enterprise,and uses methods such as Pareto diagram,fishbone diagram,and variance analysis to identify the key factors that affect the actual production process and develop targeted improvement measures.The improved LED packaging field has reduced the overflow defect rate and improved the process capability,effectively solving the existing quality problems.
