摘  要:目的探讨miRNA-4485-3p在前列腺癌患者中的临床诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月在本院诊治的38例前列腺癌患者的临床资料(研究组),同期选择30例良性前列腺增生患者作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR法测定两组的miRNA-4485-3p的转录水平。结果研究组的miRNA-4485-3p转录水平高于对照组(1.91±0.75vs.1.19±0.56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miRNA4485-3p转录水平在不同前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平、年龄、Gleason评分、肿瘤分期、T分期以及有无骨转移的前列腺癌患者中比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。通过高通量测序结果显示,可能与miRNA-4485-3p结合的靶基因有:CFAP46、TTN、GLCCI1、SPDYE5、PABPC1、HERC2。结论miRNA-4485-3p的转录水平在前列腺癌组织中显著升高,提示miRNA-4485-3p可能是一种比较有价值的前列腺癌标志物。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of miRNA-4485-3p in patients with prostate cancer.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with prostate cancer treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021(study group)were selected,and 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the control group during the same period.The transcription levels of miRNA-4485-3p in the two groups were determined by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results The transcription level of miRNA-4485-3p in the study group was higher than that in the control group(1.91±0.75 vs.1.19±0.56),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the transcription levels of miRNA-4485-3p in prostate cancer patients with different prostate-specific antigen(PSA)levels,age,Gleason score,tumor stage,T stage and with or without bone metastasis(all P>0.05).High-throughput sequencing results showed that the target genes likely to bind to miRNA-4485-3p were CFAP46,TTN,GLCCI1,SPDYE5,PABPC1,and HERC2.Conclusions The transcription level of miRNA-4485-3p is significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues,suggesting that miRNA-4485-3p may be a valuable marker for prostate cancer.
