摘　　要：当前,在我国现代农业产业升级对创新型人才迫切需求的时代背景下,农业硕士专业学位研究生实践创新能力的培养与提升愈发重要。对此,在系统阐释农业硕士创新能力培养内涵目标的基础上,该文分别从现有课程体系设置、校外导师运作效果,以及教育理念的落实等方面深入剖析影响农业硕士专业学位研究生创新能力培养的关键因素,并以河北农业大学农村发展专硕为例,阐述农业硕士创新能力培养的探索经验,以期为农业硕士创新能力培养质量的进一步提升提供有价值的理论支撑与实证借鉴。At present,in the context of the urgent demand for innovative talents in the upgrading of China's modern agricultural industry,the cultivation and improvement of practical innovation ability of Master of Agriculture professional degree graduate students is becoming increasingly important.In this regard,based on the systematic explanation of the connotation and objectives of the cultivation of innovation ability of Master of Agriculture,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the key factors that affect the cultivation of innovation ability for Master of Agriculture professional degree graduate students from the aspects of existing curriculum system,the effectiveness of off campus mentors,and the implementation of educational concepts,and it takes the Hebei Agricultural University masters of rural development as an exemplar,the construction strategy of the cultivation of innovation ability of Master of Agriculture was expounded,in order to provide theoretical support and empirical inspiration for the improvement of the quality of Master of Agriculture degree graduate training.
