“四新”理念下卓越农林人才培养模式改革创新探索与实践

摘　　要：“四新”建设理念下,卓越农林人才培养是实施乡村振兴战略,推进中国式农业农村现代化建设和教育强国战略的重要途径。该文系统分析卓越农林人才培养的重要性和存在的主要问题,并以西北农林科技大学为例,阐述从学科专业优化布局、信息技术与教育教学深度融合、教学资源建设、协同育人机制和质量保障体系建设等方面推进卓越农林人才培养的探索与实践,以期为我国卓越农林人才培养改革提供思考与借鉴。Under the concept of"four new aspects"construction,the cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents is an important way to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization and the strategy of strengthening the country through education.This paper systematically analyzes the importance and main problems of the cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents,and takes Northwest A&F University as an example.This paper expounds the exploration and practice of promoting the cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents from the aspects of the optimized layout of disciplines,the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching,the construction of teaching resources,the mechanism of cooperative education and the construction of quality assurance system,in order to provide thinking and reference for the training reform of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents in our country.
