中医五行学术空间观探析

摘　　要：阴阳五行是中医学最重要的基础理论之一,探究其本源对指导中医临床具有重要意义。时空观是认识阴阳五行本质的关键,尤其是五行的空间观。五行源于五方观念,具有空间属性;阴阳起于日夜交替,具有时间属性。而五行文化根源溯之于河图,阴阳始自洛书。《黄帝内经》中经文关于五行的论述,以及现代一些国医名师的临证经验,也充分体现了五行的空间属性。对中医临床疾病诊治而言,病具有五行空间势态相对稳定的特点,而证具有阴阳随时间变化的属性,因此临证诊疗时需辨病与辨证相结合,时空并治。明晰五行的空间属性,对掌握中医基础理论,指导临床诊疗具有重要价值。Yin-yang and the five phases are one of the most important basic theories of Chinese medicine(TCM),and exploring its origin is of great significance in guiding the clinical practice of Chinese medicine.The view of time and space is the key to understanding the nature of the five elements of yin and yang,especially the spatial view of the five elements.The five elements originate from the concept of five parties and have spatial properties;Yin and yang originate from the alternation of day and night and have the property of time.The cultural roots of the five elements are traced back to the“hetu”,and the yin and yang originated from the“luo shu”.The discussion of the five elements in the“huangdi neijing”and the clinical experience of some modern famous Chinese medicine teachers also fully reflect the spatial attributes of the five phases.For the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases in TCM,the disease has the characteristics of a relatively stable spatial situation of the five phases,and the certificate has the property of yin and yang changing with time,so it is necessary to combine disease discrimination and differentiation during clinical diagnosis and treatment,and treat both time and space.Understanding the spatial attributes of the five phases is of great value for mastering the basic theories of TCM and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
