摘 要:介绍了由中石化(大连)石油化工研究院股份有限公司(FRIPP)开发的新型固定床渣油加氢技术的最新成果和实际应用情况。新型渣油加氢催化剂体系性能更加均衡,前段大孔道催化剂强化了渣油中重组分胶质和沥青质的转化,并提高了脱/容金属杂质的能力;后段深度转化催化剂优化了载体孔结构、表面性质和活性金属转化为活性中心的设计,更加专注于脱硫、脱氮和脱残炭转化功能。实际工业应用效果表明,FRIPP新型渣油加氢处理催化剂体系在同类催化剂中表现出强原料适应性和贴合企业需求的长寿命周期。The latest achievements and practical applications of new fixed bed residue oil hydroprocessing technology developed by FRIPP were introduced.The new residue oil hydroprocessing catalyst system has a more balanced performance,with the front large pore catalyst strengthening the conversion of heavy components and asphaltenes in residue oil,and improving the ability to remove/retain metal impurities.The rear deep conversion catalyst optimizes the design of the carrier pore structure,surface properties,and active metal conversion into active centers,focusing more on desulfurization,denitrification and residual carbon conversion functions.The actual industrial application results show that the FRIPP new residue oil hydroprocessing catalyst system performs well compared to similar catalysts,with strong feed adaptability and long operating cycles.
