摘 要:燃料乙醇生产过程中会产生多种废水,并进行调浆回用,可以减少生产成本。生产中废水回用用于调浆的水主要由中水、热电浓水、精塔釜水、DDS清液这4种水组成。由于不同的废水杂菌不同,这些杂菌对原料的利用率和酵母的生长代谢都有不同程度的抑制作用,进而对燃料乙醇的收率影响非常大。为了降低废水对燃料乙醇收率的影响,通过对杂菌的分析,合理调整废水使用比例,使废水回用价值达到最大化。按照精塔釜水18%、热电浓水18%、中水54%、清液10%进行调浆,混合调浆水带入杂菌数为5964 cfu·m L^(-1)。中水带入5612 cfu·m L^(-1),热电浓水带入352 cfu·m L^(-1),清液和精塔釜水未有杂菌。通过调整废水使用比例将清液和精塔釜水比例分别提高至80%和20%,不仅降低杂菌的带入,而且清液带进大量的氮源,降低生产过程中尿素的添加量,减少后续烘干压力。In the process of fuel ethanol production,a variety of wastewater will be generated,and the slurry will be adjusted for reuse,which can reduce the production cost.The water used in the production of wastewater for pulping is mainly composed of four kinds of water:medium water,thermoelectric concentrated water,fine tower kettle water and DDS clear liquid.Due to different wastewater bacteria,these bacteria have different degrees of inhibition on the utilization rate of raw materials and the growth and metabolism of yeast,and then have a great impact on the yield of fuel ethanol.In order to reduce the effect of waste water on the yield of fuel ethanol,the utilization ratio of waste water was adjusted reasonably through the analysis of miscella bacteria,so as to maximize the reuse value of waste water.The slurry was adjusted according to 18%of refined tower kettle water,18%of thermoelectric concentrated water,54%of medium water and 10%of clear liquid.The number of mixed bacteria brought into the mixed slurry water was 5964 cfu/mL.The medium water was brought into 5612 cfu/mL,the thermoelectric concentrated water was brought into 352 cfu·mL^(-1),and there were no bacteria in the clear liquid and the fine tower water.By adjusting the proportion of waste water,the proportion of clear liquid and fine tower kettle water were increased to 80%and 20%respectively,which not only reduced the introduction of hybrid bacteria,but also brought a large amount of nitrogen source into the clear liquid,reduced the amount of urea added in the production process,and reduced the subsequent drying workload.
