基于肺魄理论解析“肺主治节”及其临床应用

摘　　要：志意精神魂魄理论是中医学认识和研究人体生理、病理现象的一大瑰宝,“肺魄”对人体精神心理活动及神经内分泌系统发挥重要调控作用。通过梳理肺魄理论、“肺主治节”相关研究及语义评析,得出以下认识:肺魄具有抑制性、被动性,主司较低级的精神神经活动,如肢体运动、耳听目视、冷热痛痒等;“肺主治节”即是肺通过肺魄、肺气宣降、营卫循行发挥对经络系统即包含神经、体液、内分泌等在内的本能性、自律性信号传导系统的综合调控功能;肺魄以“治节”为功能路径;临床可对肺魄靶向用药以调理其“治节”功能。“肺主治节”不可简单地理解为治理和调节气血津液,其中深意应当结合“肺魄”理论加以辨析,实现理论贯通并更全面地应用于临床。The theory of Zhiyi,Jingshen and Hunpo is a great treasure for traditional Chinese medicine to understand and study the physiological and pathological phenomena of human body.‘Feipo'plays an important role in regulating the mental and psychological activities of human body and the neuroendocrine system.Through combing the Feipo theory,relevant research on lung regulating visceral activities'and semantic analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:Feipo is inhibitory and passive,it takes charge of low-level mental and neural activities,such as limb movement,ear hearing and vision,cold and hot pain and itching;'lung regulating visceral activities'refers to the comprehensive regulation function of the lung exerts its comprehensive regulatory function on the instinctive and autonomic signal transduction system of the meridian system,including nerves,body fuids,endocrine,etc.,through the Feipo,lung qi diffusion and descending,and the circulation of Yingwei;Feipo takes Zhijie'as its functional path.‘lung regulating visceral activities'cannot be simply understood as governance and regulation,and its profound meaning should be differentiated and analyzed with the theory of‘Feipo'to make it more comprehensively applied to clinical practice.
