摘　　要：脑-肢体协同调控技术神经康复新模式是指协同联用以脑、肢体为治疗靶点的康复技术,治疗脑部结构受到损伤但肢体结构保持完整的脑病患者,以期改善患者功能、提高临床康复效果的新模式。文章在前期研究的基础上进一步提出了中西医结合脑-肢体协同调控技术神经康复模式,包括同步与非同步的中西医组合,以及阐述了该模式的研究思路和展望,旨在循证基础上实施和推广具有中国特色的中西医结合康复技术,提高脑病治疗的疗效和规范性。The new model of brain-limb integrated neural rehabilitation therapy refers to the use of integrated rehabilitation techniques that target both the brain and limb.This model is designed to treat patients with encephalopathy patients who have damaged brain structures but have intact body structures.The aim is to improve the function of patients and enhance the clinical rehabilitation effect.Building upon previous research,this paper further proposed a model of brain-limb integrated neural rehabilitation therapy based on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This model includes both synchronous and asynchronous approaches,integrating techniques from both traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The paper also discussed the research ideas and prospects of this model.It aims to implement and popularize the rehabilitation technology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine with Chinese characteristics on the basis of evidence and improve the efficacy and standardization of encephalopathy treatment.
