摘　　要：术中放射治疗将手术、放射治疗有机结合,能够弥补单纯外科手术和单纯体外放射治疗的不足,具有单次剂量高、不良反应小等特点。针对术中放射治疗设备以及流程进行质量控制工作,是保证术中放射治疗精确有效实施的先决条件,是术中放射治疗流程的核心组成部分。本指南主要为医师、物理师、麻醉师等人员开展工作、履行职责提供指导性意见。指南内容涵盖了术中放射治疗系统质量保证的机构、组织和人员、常规质量保证,以及系统管理与安全的一般性要求。建议各机构参考本指南,制订适合本单位的术中放射治疗质量保证实施规程,从而保证术中放射治疗的精确实施。Intraoperative radiation therapy is an organic combination of surgery and radiation therapy,which can make up for the shortcomings of simple surgery and external radiation therapy.It has the characteristics of high single dose and slight side effect,etc.Quality control of intraoperative radiation therapy equipment and procedures is a prerequisite for accurate and effective implementation of intraoperative radiation therapy,and it is a core component of intraoperative radiation therapy process.This guideline mainly provides guidance for physicians,physicists,anesthesiologists and other personnel to carry out their work and perform their duties.The guidelines cover institutions,organizations and personnel for quality assurance of intraoperative radiotherapy systems,general quality assurance,and general requirements for system administration and safety.It is recommended that all institutions refer to this guideline to develop a quality assurance procedure for intraoperative radiotherapy that is suitable for their own units,thereby ensuring accurate implementation of intraoperative radiotherapy.
