摘　　要：T_(3)期直肠癌患者是异质性群体,预后好的T3期与T_(2)期相似,预后差的与T_(4)期相似。尽管有小样本的临床试验、荟萃分析、回顾分析等进行了相关报道,各临床指南对这一群体的危险因素定义及治疗推荐亦不完全一致。目前T_(3)期直肠癌治疗策略仍存在争议,尤其是对围手术期放射治疗的应用。本文就T3期直肠癌围手术期放化疗的应用现状及研究进展进行综述。T_(3) rectal cancer patients are a heterogeneous group of populations.T_(3) stage patients with good prognosis are similar to their T_(2 )stage counterparts,and T_(3 )stage patients with poor prognosis are similar to T_(4) stage counterparts.Although small sample clinical trials,meta-analyses and retrospective analyses have been conducted,clinical guidelines are not completely consistent with the definition of risk factors and treatment recommendations for this group of populations.At present,the treatment strategy for T_(3) rectal cancer is still controversial,especially the application of perioperative radiotherapy.In this article,current application status and research progress in perioperative chemoradiotherapy for T_(3) rectal cancer were reviewed.
