协同理论视域下高职专业结构与产业结构匹配度研究

摘　　要：基于协同理论,专业结构与产业结构分别是高职系统和区域经济系统的序变量,两者的匹配促使高职系统与区域经济系统形成良性互动发展的自组织。实证研究发现:重庆市高职专业结构与产业结构还不够匹配,主要表现为专业布局失衡,第一产业对应的专业种类与数量少;专业调整失位,第二产业对应的专业滞后产业发展;专业主导失特,第三产业对应的专业趋于同质化。对此,应从专业结构与产业结构匹配主体、机制、标准和条件方面着手,构建专业设置多元主体参与体系、破除专业结构和产业结构的匹配瓶颈、制订专业结构和产业结构的匹配标准以及配置专业结构和产业结构的匹配资源,提升专业结构与产业结构匹配度。Based on the synergy theory,the specialty structure and industrial structure are the sequential variables of the higher vocational system and the regional economic system respectively,and the matching of the two will lead to the formation of the self-organization between the higher vocational system and the regional economic system in a benign interaction and development.The empirical research found that the specialty structure and industrial structure of higher vocational education in Chongqing are not enough to match,which is mainly manifested in the imbalance of specialty layout,with fewer types and quantities of specialties corresponding to the primary industry;the dislocation of specialty adjustment,with the specialties corresponding to the secondary industry lagging behind the development of the industry;and the dislocation of specialty dominance,with the specialties corresponding to the tertiary industry tending to be homogenized.In this regard,we should start from the aspects of main body,mechanism,standard and conditions of matching between specialty structure and industrial structure,build the system of participation of multiple main bodies in specialty setting,break the bottleneck of matching between specialty structure and industrial structure,formulate the standard of matching between specialty structure and industrial structure and allocate the resources of matching between specialty structure and industrial structure,so as to improve the degree of matching between specialty structure and industrial structure.
