摘　　要：文章先阐明师范类专业认证对师范类高校档案工作的意义,再剖析当前师范类高校档案管理的现状及存在的主要问题,并从强化档案意识、建立和完善档案管理体制机制、重新明确和调整文件材料归档范围和保管期限、加快推进档案信息化建设进程和加强人才队伍建设五个方面,提出师范类专业认证背景下加强师范类高校档案工作的对策和建议,旨在进一步提高师范类高校档案管理和服务水平,助力师范类专业认证工作高质量发展。This article first explains the significance of the certification of teacher education programs for the archival work of normal colleges and universities.It then analyzes the current status and main problems of archival management in normal colleges and universities,and proposes measures and suggestions for strengthening the archival work of teacher education colleges under the background of teacher education pro-gram certification from five aspects:enhancing archival awareness,establishing and improving archival man-agement system and mechanism,clarifying and adjusting the scope and storage period of document materi-als,accelerating the process of archival information construction,and strengthening personnel training.The aim is to further improve the archival management and service level of normal colleges and universities and assist in the high-quality development of teacher education program certification work.
