胃复春胶囊辅助化疗治疗晚期胃癌合并恶性腹水临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃复春胶囊辅助奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌合并恶性腹水的临床疗效。方法:选择86例晚期胃癌合并恶性腹水患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组41例和观察组45例。对照组采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用胃复春胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗42 d。比较2组RECIST近期临床疗效、不良反应发生情况,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、卡氏功能(KPS)评分。结果:观察组总有效率33.33%,高于对照组14.63%,但2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组KPS评分升高(P<0.05),中医证候积分降低(P<0.05),且观察组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃复春胶囊辅助奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌合并恶性腹水能减轻患者临床症状,提高生活质量,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Weifuchun Capsules as an adjuvant therapy of Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer complicated with malignant ascites.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer complicated with malignant ascites were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 and 45 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium,and the observation group was additionally treated with Weifuchun Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 42 days.The RECIST short-term clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores and the scores of Karnofsky Performance Status Scale(KPS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was33.33% in the observation group,higher than that of 14.63% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,KPS scores in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome scores were decreased(P<0.05);KPS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with advanced gastric cancer complicated with malignant ascites,Weifuchun Capsules as an adjuvant therapy of Oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium can relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
