摘　　要：岭南林氏正骨推拿流派医家擅长运用脊柱推拿治疗脊柱及脊柱相关疾病。从“气至而有效”的理论溯源,脊柱推拿“气至”的经络学基础,“气至而有效”的表现,影响脊柱推拿“气至”的常见因素等方面阐述“气至而有效”对提高脊柱推拿临床疗效的重要性,尤其是对脊柱整复类手法“气至”特点的总结尤为重要。Doctors of Lingnan LIN's Bone-Setting Massage School are good at using spinal massage to treat spinal column and spinal related diseases.This article explains the importance of "arrival of qi resulting in effectiveness" to improve the curative effect of spinal massage from the aspects of the origin of theory of "arrival of qi resulting in effectiveness",the meridian basis of "arrival of qi" of spinal massage,the performance of "arrival of qi resulting in effectiveness" and the common factors affecting the "arrival of qi" of spinal massage,and more importantly,this article summarizes the characteristics of "arrival of qi" in spinal rectification techniques.
