毛刺法治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察毛刺法治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 将门诊80例患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组急性期采用西医常规治疗,观察组急性期加用毛刺法治疗。两组急性期后均予以常规针刺。以面神经功能分级评分(H-B)、面部残疾指数量表(FDI)及临床疗效作为评价指标。结果 治疗后两组H-B均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的躯体功能评分(FDIP)评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),社会生活功能评分(FDIS)评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 毛刺法治疗急性期周围性面瘫可改善患者临床症状,提高疗效,促进面神经功能恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of skin needling for peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage were randomly divid⁃ed into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.At acute stage,the observation group was treated with skin needling and western medicine.The control group was treated with western medicine.After acute stage,the two groups were treated with routine acupuncture.The clinical effect and the scores of House-Brackmann(H-B)and Facial Disability Index scale(FDI)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of H-B in the two groups were deceased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the score of H-B in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FDIP scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),the FDIS score lower than be⁃fore treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effec⁃tive rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of skin needling has a significant effect in the treatment of acute stage of peripheral facial paraly⁃sis,which could promote the relief of clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of facial nerve.
