摘 要:全面减抗、限抗后,噬菌体凭借自身对环境影响小、安全性高等优点被广泛应用,但应用需注意如何进行保藏,若保藏不当则会导致噬菌体效价及活性程度降低,使用效果差。目前噬菌体的保藏方法根据制剂大致分为干燥法、悬液法及冻液法等几类,干燥法效果好,但流程繁琐,价格高,难以脱离实验室广泛使用;悬液法及冻液法价格低,但效果差,易污染,难运输。本文总结各类保藏方法的工艺流程及优缺点,并提出更有效的优化设想方向,期望有助于推动噬菌体扩大应用。After the comprehensive restriction and reduction of the application of antibiotics,phage has been widely used by virtue of its advantages of low impact on the environment and high safety.However,the application needs to pay attention to how to store.If the storage is improper,the titer and activity degree of phage will be reduced,and the use effect will be poor.At present,the storage methods of phages can be roughly divided into drying method,suspension method and freezing method according to the preparation.Drying method has good effect,but the process is complicated and the price is high,so it is difficult to use outside the laboratory on a large scale.Suspension method and freeze method are low in price,but poor in effect,easy to pollute and difficult to transport.In this paper,the technological processes,advantages,and disadvantages of various storage methods are summarized,and more effective optimization ideas are proposed,hoping to promote the expansion of phage application.
