摘　　要：为积极应对高职院校数据治理挑战,满足数据治理需求,提升数据资产价值,为决策提供可靠支持,设计了数据质量监控管理平台。该平台基于分布式架构,包含数据质量检测、快速评估、数据源管理、消息中心等模块,满足数据治理和决策需求。平台支持15种元规则,评估数据完备性、一致性、及时性、有效性和完整性。通过综合评定数据质量指数Q值,实现对整体数据质量的客观量化评价。选择达梦数据库管理系统作为数据库,支持复杂查询和扩展性需求。To actively respond to the data governance challenges in colleges,meet data governance needs,enhance the value of data assets,and provide reliable support for decision-making,a data quality monitoring and management platform has been designed.Based on a distributed architecture,the platform includes modules such as data quality inspection,rapid assessment,data source management,and message center,which meet the needs of data governance and decision-making.The platform supports 15 meta-rules to evaluate the completeness,consistency,timeliness,effectiveness,and integrity of data.Through a comprehensive assessment of the data quality index Q value,an objective quantitative evaluation of the overall data quality is achieved.DM Database Management System is selected as the database,which supports complex queries and scalability requirements.
