摘　　要：选取2012—2021年我国30个省份面板数据,实证分析数字金融对制造业绿色转型的影响,并重点考察技能溢价在其中的作用机制与实现条件。研究结果表明,数字金融发展可以显著促进制造业绿色转型,且技能溢价在二者关系中发挥显著部分中介效应;数字金融对制造业绿色转型的促进作用存在地区异质性,具体表现为在西部地区的影响作用最大、中部地区次之、东部地区最小;技能溢价发挥中介作用的条件是平均劳动报酬处于双门槛效应下合理区间。据此,建议积极推进数字技术与金融深入融合,打造区域数字金融联动发展模式,建立多方位劳动技能溢价提升机制,借此加速推进制造业绿色转型。Using panel data from 30 provinces from 2012 to 2021,this article empirically analyzes the impact of digital finance on the green transformation of manufacturing industry,and focuses on the mechanism and realization conditions of skill premium.The research results show that the development of digital finance can significantly promote the green transformation of manufacturing industry,and the skill premium plays a significant non complete intermediary effect in the relationship between the two.The promotion effect of digital finance on the green transformation of manufacturing industry has regional heterogeneity,with the largest impact in the western region,followed by the central region,and the smallest impact in the eastern region.The reasonable range of average labor remuneration is a realistic condition for the intermediary mechanism of skill premium,and the determination of the range is based on the double threshold effect.Accordingly,it is recommended to actively promote the indepth integration of digital technology and finance,create a balanced and coordinated development model of regional digital finance,and establish a multi-dimensional labor skill premium promotion mechanism to accelerate the green transformation of the manufacturing industry.
