习近平法治思想进高校“德法课”教学实践探究

摘　　要：习近平法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代全面依法治国的总遵循和行动指南,法治与德治相结合理论是这一思想的重要内容。高校“思想道德与法治”课应将理论与教学实践紧密结合,积极探索“德法结合”教学新模式,将“手法融合-目标认同”式融入“国家治理需要德治和法治相结合”,“知识迁移-情理融通”式融入“坚持党的领导是社会主义法治最根本的保证”,“思维冲突-价值明晰”式融入“社会主义法律是党的主张和人民意志的统一”等开展研究。As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the general guideline for the comprehensive rule of law in the new era,with the theory of combining rule of law and rule of virtue as its major content.Based on teaching practices,this thesis explores the teaching mode of"combination morality and rule of law"in the course of"Ideology,Morality and Rule of Law"in colleges and universities,attempting to conduct research from the perspectives of integrating"national governance requires a combination of rule of virtue and rule of law"through"fusion of methods-goal identification",integrating"adherence to the Party′s leadership is the most fundamental guarantee of socialist rule of law"through"transfer of knowledge-accommodation of emotions and reason",and integrating"socialist law is the unification of the Party′s proposition and the people′s will"through"conflict of thinking-clarification of values".
