摘  要:以72名小学三、四年级学龄儿童为研究对象,观察INT模式对学龄儿童基本运动能力的干预效果和基本运动能力的改善情况.实验结果表明,学龄儿童经过10周训练后,体脂率、卷腹、背肌、90°俯卧撑、仰卧引体向上、屈臂悬空、下肢前曲、心肺功能均有明显改善.INT在改善姿势控制、基本运动技能和肌肉力量方面优于普通体育课.To investigate the effectiveness of the INT model of intervention on the basic motor skills of school-age children.Seventy-two school-age children in the third and fourth grades of elementary school were used as research subjects to observe the effect of basic motor ability improvement.The results showed that after 10 weeks of training,the school-age children showed significant improvements in body fat percentage,curls,back muscles,90°push-ups,supine pull-ups,flexed arm hangs,lower limb forward flexion,and cardiorespiratory fitness.INT was superior to regular physical education classes in improving postural control,basic motor skills,and muscle strength.
