摘 要:车铣复合式五轴联动机床能在工件一次装夹下执行车、铣等多种加工方式,由于存在多条运动链,后处理的开发相对于传统五轴联动机床更加复杂。以SMX2600ST机床为研究对象,首先通过机床结构分析,得出机床所有的运动链;然后建立运动坐标系,通过齐次坐标变换求解出不同加工模式下的运动学模型,并分析了刀具姿态在不同象限下的角度取值;再利用Visual Basic语言开发了此机床的专用后处理软件;最后,以某叶根成形铣刀的仿真和实际加工验证了该后置处理算法的正确性.The turn-milling compound five-axis machine tool can perform various processing methods such as turning and milling under one clamping of the workpiece.Due to the existence of multiple motion chains,the development of post-processing is more complicated than that of traditional five-axis machine tool.Taking SMX2600ST machine tool as the research object,firstly,all the kinematic chains of the machine tool were obtained through analyzing the structure of the machine tool.Then the kinematic coordinate system was established,the kinematic models of each axis of the machine tool under different machining modes were obtained through the homogeneous coordinate transformation method,and the angle values of the tool attitude in different quadrants were analyzed.Then a special post-processing software for this machine tool was developed by using Visual Basic language.Finally,the correctness of the post-processing algorithm was verified by simulation and actual machining of a blade root milling cutter.
