摘  要:城市更新背景下,我国城市信息模型(CIM)迎来了快速发展期,打造智慧城市的三维数字底座、从多维度完善数据库的信息采集与模型建设是CIM平台建设的关键所在。目前,我国CIM中尚缺失建筑热红外数据,借助摄影测量学的运动恢复结构(Structure from Motion,SFM)技术,基于无人机获取的红外图像,研究建筑三维热红外模型的建立方法,为建立CIM建筑三维热红外底层数据库的建设提供技术支撑。建筑三维热红外模型可以提供全围护结构的温度分布情况,为北方采暖地区研究既有建筑的热损失、南方湿热地区研究城市热岛问题提供了有力的工具,有利于从节能减排、热环境优化的视角实现对既有建筑的精细化和动态化管理。Under the background of urban renewal,China’s City Information Model(CIM)has ushered in a period of rapid development,and the key to building a three-dimensional digital foundation for smart cities and improving database information collection and model construction from multiple dimensions are the keys to the construction of CIM platform.At present,there is still a lack of building thermal infrared data in China’s CIM,and this paper uses photogrammetry Structure from Motion(SFM)technology to study the establishment method of building three-dimensional thermal infrared model based on the infrared image obtained by UAV,so as to provide technical support for the construction of the three-dimensional thermal infrared underlying database of CIM building.The three-dimensional thermal infrared model of the building can provide the temperature distribution of the full envelope,which provides a powerful tool for studying the heat loss of existing buildings in the northern heating area and the urban heat island problem in the humid and hot area in the south,which is conducive to realizing the refined and dynamic management of the existing building from the perspective of energy saving,emission reduction and thermal environment optimization.
